Dubai Strategy Meet- Product Division
July kicked off with the highly anticipated Dubai Strategy Meet, the first overseas event since the pandemic. This Dubai Strategy Meet- Product Division featured a dynamic session from Mr. Tony Fernandez, Founder & President, on “Building a Business After a Crisis.” He emphasized that success is shaped by habits and behaviors, not titles. Tony stressed the importance of crisis management, leading by example, and inspiring others to overcome challenges.
Additionally, Tony highlighted the value of networking, particularly through office visits and field training, as a way to strengthen connections and grow the business. Following Tony’s session, Mr. Howie Seymour, Organizational Consultant, delivered an insightful presentation on “Understanding the KPIs of Direct Sales Business as an Entrepreneur.” Howie focused on the critical need for financial planning and performance metrics, which are essential for measuring success and ensuring sustainable business growth.
The Dubai Strategy Meet- Product Division featured impactful sessions, starting with Mr. Tony Fernandez, Founder & President, who highlighted the importance of a growth mindset and crisis management for achieving success. Ms. Niki Moutsara, Vice President of Italy, followed with insights on “Building Your Business Through Networking,” stressing the need to be No. 1 in all aspects like sales, recruitment, and expansion. She emphasized continuous networking—through travel, Zoom, and mobile calls—to build global relationships that help overcome challenges. Niki also discussed the importance of organizing meetings and leveraging training to foster growth. The day concluded with valuable discussions over a gala dinner, strengthening connections and sharing ideas for future success at the Dubai Strategy Meet- Product Division.
Day 2 began on a happy note with Mr. Akula Gopi, Organisation Head – Fortune Global, holding a riveting session on ‘How to Run a Powerhouse Office with 50+ Guys’. He took through the importance of investing in dedicated Admin and HR team members, paid portals, business promotions & the need for a social media presence. He gave an in-depth idea of creating more territory/micro leaders and facilitating trainers with a min of 4-8 observations monthly. He also stressed on importance of inclusive training, investing profits for the business future and regular RNRs. Throwing light on the topic of ‘Promoting people effectively to Ownership’, Mr. Kishore Tarachandani, Organisation Head & Partner, took through the fabric of the business – stepping out of comfort zone and promoting more people.
He also emphasized the importance of recruitment, delegation, on-field exposure, and spending time with new team members. As business owners, it’s crucial to re-evaluate strategies regularly to ensure consistent growth. The day concluded with an engaging group discussion led by Vice Presidents Ms. Romina D’Amario and Mr. Federico Tartari. The discussion covered key topics such as expanding the business across multiple cities, creating effective macro and micro teams, retaining new Business Associates (BAs), and implementing improvements in the training schedule. The meet wrapped up with a lunch, and overall, it was a huge success, with everyone enjoying the opportunity to reconnect in Dubai.
