This grand event was attended by none other than the visionary of our business, Mr. Tony Fernandez, our Country Head and President, along with the pillar of our organization, Mr. Sai Prakash Kuckian, Vice President and guiding mentor to all our owners. We also had the privilege of hosting our esteemed organization heads Mr. Amit Baid, Mr. Sukesh Khanna, Mr. Tamil Vendan, Mr. Surendran R., and Mr. Ahmed Altaf, alongside Mr. Ajay Dhruv, the face of our finance department; Vice President of HR Miss Sweety Agarwal; Operations Head Miss Yogita Kotary; Mr. Rahul Bansal, our esteemed UNICEF client; and Ms. Alka Saxena, Deputy Director of SOS Children’s Villages. Their presence, along with our super talented owners and leaders, made this meet truly exceptional.

Day 1 Highlights: The first day kicked off with an introduction by Sai Prakash K., setting a motivating tone for the day. Tony Fernandez led the session on “Thinking Backward from Your Goals,” followed by Sai Prakash K.’s insightful discussion on “A Business Beyond Criteria.” Our esteemed clients, Mr. Rahul Bansal of UNICEF and Ms. Alka Saxena, Deputy Director – Resource Mobilization of SOS Children’s Villages, then took the stage. Rahul Bansal shared how every Business Associate’s contribution amplifies UNICEF’s impact for children and their growth plan, offering valuable insights into the organization’s mission and future direction. Ms. Alka Saxena highlighted the power of partnership and the incredible impact it has on nurturing young lives, emphasizing the importance of collaboration in achieving greater outcomes.

Later in the morning, Amit Baid shared strategies on “Acquiring the Right Talent,” while Sukesh Khanna discussed methods to “Retain Them.” Tamil Vendan enlightened the attendees on “Building Long-Term Partners,” and Surendran R. presented “Tuesday Morning to Monday Night,” offering unique insights into consistent productivity.

The afternoon was packed with practical sessions on telemarketing by Ahmed Altaf, “Administration: The Other 50% of Our Business” by Sweety Agarwal, and an engaging session by Ajay Dhruv and Yogita Kotary on “Finance/Operations.” Post-lunch, the audience was treated to Raees R.’s session on “0 to 60 Guys – Game Plan,” followed by Jagannathan’s tips on “Effective Ways of Training and Developing Your Team.” The day concluded with Shubhangi S.’s insights on “How to Create Core Leaders,” Saikashmi V.’s insights on “Events – The Setup,” and Mayank S.’s innovative ideas in the “Innovations” session.

Day 2 Highlights: Day two started with three parallel tracks: one for Leaders, one for New Owners, and another for Senior Owners.

In the Leaders Meeting, Rayees R. spoke about “Achieving Ownership,” followed by Sailakshmi V. on “Developing Strong Leaders.” Dhanu D. highlighted the “Role of a Crew Leader,” while Priya H. set the pace for “Setting the Pace.” The session ended with Anshul G. discussing “Roadtrips – The Setup.”

Simultaneously, the New Owners Meeting had Altaf A. discussing “Work Ethics as an Owner,” followed by Surendran R. on “Effective Recruitment,” Jagannathan on “Understanding Finance,” and Rayees R. on the “Importance of Being on Field as an Owner.”

The Senior Owners Meeting featured Tony F. on “Think Long Term,” Tamil V. on “A New Start,” Shubhangi S. on “A Big Comeback,” and Sai Prakash K. closing with “Back to Basics.”

Breakout Sessions: The afternoon featured specialized breakout sessions. The UNICEF Breakout saw Rayees R. discussing “Quality 90% on 3rd Debit,” followed by Saiprakash K. on “Plan for Getting High Averages.” The One-Off Breakout featured Anshul on “Plan to Get High Averages,” Saiprakash K. on “One Off: How Do We Double,” and Altaf A. on “Telemarketing and One Off.”

Awards and Recognition: The highlight of the event was undoubtedly the awards ceremony, where the best-performing owners and leaders of the last quarter were recognized.
