Our four-day trip to Vietnam for our 25th-anniversary celebration and strategy meeting was an unforgettable blend of insightful sessions, exhilarating adventures, and cherished moments shared among organisational heads & owners. From exploring historic sites to lively gatherings, each day was filled with strategic discussions and Celebrations.
DISCOVER THE HIGHLIGHTS OF EACH DAY
Day 1 Arrival & Orientation Jan 26th:
➤ Touched down in Vietnam, embracing the luxurious comforts of Le Meridien
➤ Kicked off with a dynamic gathering of organizational heads and owners
➤Immersed ourselves in lively discussions on charity strategy and business insights
➤ Dived into the wealth of experience as seasoned partners
shared their decade-long journey with the organization
Day 2 Strategy Meeting Jan 27th:
➤ Mr. Saiprakash and Tony Fernandez set the stage for this impactful event with their dynamic duo leadership.. we engaged in a stimulating Charity strategy meeting with senior and key performer owners.
➤ Explored crucial topics including building a strong office, data importance, effective retention strategies, and developing a big organization.
➤ Engaged in insightful discussions on managing telemarketing teams, understanding the Events and Training, maintaining
high-quality standards, and running successful road trips. ➤ Embraced the importance of setting big goals and achieving them with owners.
➤ Later in the evening, enjoyed a collective gathering filled with pride and nostalgia as captivating videos celebrated our
25-year journey.
➤ Mr Saiprakash concluded the session by discussing goals, and quarterly projections, and unveiling exhilarating plans for 2024 and an upcoming rally in 2025.
Day 3 Sightseeing & Cultural Exploration Jan 28th:
Explored the Cu Chi Tunnels, learning about their historical significance
➤ Witnessed ingenious survival tactics used by Vietnamese soldiers during wartime
➤ Enjoyed a hearty lunch at a local restaurant
➤ Proceeded to the Mekong Delta for a serene boat trip along the river
➤ Admired picturesque islands and countryside scenery
➤ Visited a coconut candy workshop
➤ Indulged in seasonal fruits and honey tea
➤ Experienced vibrant Southern Vietnamese folk music
➤ Concluded the day with a return to Ho Chi Minh City, leaving with lasting memories of this enriching cultural adventure.
Day 4 Gala Dinner Jan 29th:
➤Started with leisurely shopping and exploring more of Vietnam’s allure.
➤Transitioned into a delightful Gala Dinner party at Blanchy’s Lounge, celebrating 25 extraordinary years of business excellence.
➤marked the perfect conclusion to our fun-filled trip bidding farewell to Le Meridien and the city. cherishing countless memories.
➤Geared up and ready to make the best of business in 2024 after this memorable trip.
