Goa RnR Meet- Product Division
The Goa RnR Meet – Product Division took place on March 11th and 12th, hosted by Mr. Kishore Tarachandani, Organisation Head of Pioneer Organisation, along with various business owners. The focus of the meet was on evolving training modules, business sustainability, and boosting sales revenue post-pandemic. Day 1 began with an opening address by Mr. Tarachandani, followed by Mr. Akula Gopi, Organisation Head of Fortune Global, who discussed recruiting and retaining top talent in uncertain times. Mr. Abhishek Verma, Business Owner of Cosmos Organisation, spoke on the importance of training and development, and Mr. Umakanth Bemulgi, Business Owner of Lorven Organisation, wrapped up with strategies for maintaining high sales averages.
On Day 2, Mr. Sandeep Jain, Business Head at Frontier Management Systems, presented on high profitability and strategies for increasing sales revenue, while Mr. Ahammed Althaf, Business Owner of Alza Inc, focused on developing new revenue streams during challenging times. The event also featured a panel discussion, a felicitation ceremony for top performers, and a presentation by Monster.com on recruitment solutions. The meet concluded with Mr. Tony Fernandez, Founder and President, sharing insights on resource management and building a resilient recovery. The event wrapped up with a final planning discussion and a gala dinner. Overall, the meet was a great success, with plenty of opportunities for networking and collaboration in beautiful Goa.
