Rising Star Meet- Bengaluru
The Rising Star Meet Bengaluru 2022 began with an inspiring keynote by Mr. Saiprakash Kuckian, Vice President & Partner, who shared insights on entrepreneurship and how to enjoy the journey. This was followed by the announcement of the Sales Superstar winners. Mr. Sukesh Khanna, Organisation Head at Stellar Org, discussed the importance of developing skills and willpower, while Mr. Rohit Ray, Business Head at Height Inc, talked about the advantages of maintaining high sales averages and success through effective systems. The session concluded with the announcement of the winners in the Best Recruiter and Best HR, Admin & BD categories.
The Best Customer Service winners were announced, followed by a session on building strong partnerships and team communication by Mr. Dhandu Dinesh, Business Head at Naval Inc. Mr. MD. Hamza, Business Head at Welkinz Org, shared insights on team building and collaboration. After lunch, Mr. Surendran R, Organisation Head at Focus Organisation, discussed goal-setting for success. The event concluded with the announcement of the Best Team Leaders, Best Team Sales, and Rising Star winners, a session on financial planning by Ms. Sandhya P, and the promotion of Mr. Ajay M to Assistant Ownership at Alvastra Organisation.
